Intro

One of the devices required in the granulation sector is an double cone mixer blender. Which is used to combine and uniform materials with each other.

Used in solids department for complete mixing of powders
All GMP requirements and standards, safety precautions and operator requirements are included in the construction of the machine
Made in nominal capacity from 5 to 2500 liters. (60% of the total volume is rechargeable)
Chassis and cover of the machine made of SST-304
All parts in contact with the material are made of SST-316L
All parts in contact with materials with mirror surface smoothness (suitable for pharmaceutical industries)
Has safety guard and induction door sensor to protect the operator against tank rotation
Set the tank stopping point to the desired position. (Especially discharge mode)
All seals of the inlet and outlet valves are made of silicone rubber with pharmaceutical grade
Has validation documents (OQ, IQ, DQ)
