Intro

High speed mixer is one of the granule making machines. With the help of a mixer motor, chopper motor and output granulator (wet mill), this machine allows you to deliver the desired granule at the output of the machine by combining the raw materials and the appropriate adhesive solution.

  • Used in solids department to make granules
  • All GMP requirements and standards, safety precautions and operator requirements are included in the construction of the machine
  • Made in capacities from 30 to 600 liters. (Can be charged from at least 25% to 75%)
  • The body of the machine made of SST-304
  • All parts in contact with the material are made of SST-316L
  • All parts in contact with materials with mirror surface smoothness (suitable for pharmaceutical industries)
  • Has a touch panel system (HMI) and PLC system to control, monitor and adjust all fixed and variable parameters
  • Record machine performance and operator activity reports on USB output
  • Ability to install a wet granulator unit at the material discharge outlet for use in the closed granulation line
  • Ability to install liquid spray
  • Save the recipe in the machine memory
  • WIP washing system
  • The drain door is opened and closed by a pneumatic system
  • The sealing system of the paddle and chopper floors is done by compressed air
  • Has validation documents (OQ, IQ, DQ)
