Intro

The IBC bin blender lifts the BIN tank containing the material and blends the dried and ground granules with other required materials by rotating 360 degrees alternately. The final product is then stored in BIN tanks with a smaller capacity and sent to the tablet pressing or capsule filling stage.

  • Used in solids department to mix all kinds of powders
  • All GMP requirements and standards, safety precautions and operator requirements are included in the construction of the machine
  • It is made in nominal capacity of 160 to 800 liters (single base) and 1000 to 2000 liters (two bases). (60% of the total volume is rechargeable)
  • Has a touch panel system (HMI) and PLC system to control, monitor and adjust all fixed and variable parameters
  • Has a login menu with the ability to set a password for each operator (with separate access levels for user, supervisor and administrators)
  • Set and save instructions (Recipe) in the machine memory
  • The body of the machine is all steel and made of SST-304
  • All parts in contact with the material are made of SST-316L
  • All parts in contact with materials have a mirror surface smoothness (suitable for the pharmaceutical industry)
  • Provide protection of the room embedded by thermal sensors
  • Ability to manually / automatically adjust the height of the tank during unloading
  • Ability to control the operating time and rotation speed of the tank (rpm)
  • All seals of the inlet and outlet valves are made of silicone rubber with pharmaceutical grade
  • Has validation documents (OQ, IQ, DQ)
